The item bank
Fourteen annotation panels supply the representation items, one cell each. Fifteen perturbation screens supply the condition items, one (perturbation, context, dose) each. Every source is public under CC0 or CC BY.
Representation panels
The held-out unit is what the probe never sees in training: whole donors, whole studies or whole tissues. Sparklines are each panel's items on the pooled scale, from −6 to +6 logits; the line marks 0.
Perturbation screens
A condition is an item when it has at least 50 quality-passing cells and a matched control. Sparklines are the unseen-perturbation items on the pooled scale. Multi-context screens also carry the unseen-combination split.
